Demand, Supply & Order Management Team Leader

We have partnered with a leading international company operating in the FMCG trading sector, with a complex supply chain operation. As part of its continued development, the company is looking for a Demand, Supply & Order Management Team Leader to coordinate planning activities, lead a team of planners, and ensure product availability through efficient forecasting, replenishment, and supply planning.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members to build a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team.

 

Responsibilities

• Team Coordination & Daily Operations – Coordinate daily activities, balance workloads, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines and business continuity.
• Planning Execution – Oversee forecasting, replenishment, and supply planning activities, ensuring consistent processes, accurate data, and timely execution.
• Performance Management – Monitor team KPIs and planning performance, identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and escalate major issues.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Operations, Import, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to align planning with business priorities.
• Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and support team members, foster accountability and collaboration, and encourage professional development.
• Continuous Improvement – Promote best practices, standardize processes, and support the implementation and adoption of planning improvements.
• Risk & Escalation Management – Identify supply risks, coordinate responses to disruptions, and ensure timely resolution or escalation of critical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Level IV secondary education.
• No restrictions regarding the field of education.
• Relevant work experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of English.
