Job Description

For our client, Grammer Business Center, we are seeking an experienced Expert HR Analytics to join their growing global team in Niš. As part of Grammer’s Global Business Center, this role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, combining HR analytics, reporting, workforce planning and SAP HCM process management to support data-driven decision-making across the global organization.

The position provides exposure to global HR initiatives, close collaboration with HR, IT and Controlling stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting, data quality, HR processes and digitalization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, analytical reporting solutions and visual reports for HR and management audiences
  • Drive continuous improvement of the global HR reporting landscape, including self-service reporting structures, HR queries and integrated data models
  • Manage and optimize SAP HCM processes (PA, OM, PT, PY), including process standardization, testing, documentation, change requests and governance
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting and personnel cost analysis in cooperation with HR, IT and Controlling
  • Ensure HR data quality and system integration, including authorization management, imports/exports and automation opportunities across HR systems
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and Controlling on global HR initiatives
  • Support HR digitalization and transformation projects

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a comparable field
  • Experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, HR Controlling and/or SAP HCM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM, reporting tools and Excel
  • Experience with HR data, reporting and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of BW, Query Designer, Power BI/SAC, HR Cloud Solutions, Data Modelling and Process Management would be an advantage
  • Fluent English skills
