For our client, Grammer Business Center, we are seeking an experienced Expert HR Processes to join their growing global team in Niš. As part of Grammer’s Global Business Center, this role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting and optimizing global HR processes, driving process improvements, and contributing to digitalization initiatives across multiple regions.

The position provides exposure to diverse global projects, close collaboration with international HR and IT stakeholders, and the opportunity to play an active role in further developing and strengthening the HR capabilities of the Global Business Center.

 

About the role

As an Expert HR Processes, you will oversee the effective implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, transparent, compliant and aligned with business needs.

The role combines process management, audit readiness, data protection and HR technology, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities for standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize HR processes, ensuring their smooth implementation and integration into the overall HR process landscape.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze existing HR processes, identify improvement opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives together with Process Owners.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support the implementation of new and improved HR processes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external HR audits, ensuring process transparency and appropriate audit trails across HR systems.
  • Coordinate audit-related inquiries and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Define, monitor and report on KPIs for HR processes, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure HR data handling and processes comply with GDPR and internal data protection policies.
  • Support data privacy audits, risk assessments and other compliance-related activities within HR operations.
  • Collaborate with Group IT and Digitalization teams to identify and implement technological solutions that automate and enhance HR processes.
  • Support communication, change management and training related to HR systems and process updates.

 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, HR process management, process coordination or a GBS/Shared Services environment.
  • Experience with HR process documentation and process improvement.
  • Exposure to internal and external audit processes and HR compliance topics.
  • Solid understanding of HRIS systems and HR technology solutions.
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation tools.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and HR data protection principles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and process-oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT and other stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
