Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for day-to-day financial operations management
• Establishing and improving processes related to contract lifecycle management (activation, invoicing, monitoring, closure)
• Managing relationships with financing partners, ensuring alignment of financial terms and contract execution
• Leading, mentoring, and coordinating the finance/operations team to ensure efficiency and performance
• Monthly reporting & variance analysis of financed portfolio and costs
• Financial reporting (statutory included), budgeting, planning, controlling, and basic treasury
• Monitoring financing agreements, repayment schedules, and ensuring accurate billing and reconciliations
• Ensuring timely settlements and resolving discrepancies with financial institutions
• Immediate escalation of risks, issues, or disputes
• Coordination of systems, audits, and compliance with legal and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Strong financial accuracy and deadline management
• Analytical thinking, planning & time management
• Solid process & control skills
• Experience in cash flow, cost control, and treasury
• Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge
• Experience with banks / leasing / financial institutions preferred
• Understanding of financing structures and repayment models
• Strong team management and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop employees
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
