Medical Manager

On behalf of our client a renowned research-driven, specialty biopharmaceutical company committed to helping people around the world live better lives, we are searching for a regional Medical Manager. 

Responsibilities:

Lead regional medical strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries while managing, mentoring, and developing local medical teams.

Responsible for related academic communication which includes establishing and keeping the faithful relation with opinion leaders and key stakeholders in the assigned therapeutic area.

Cross-functional collaboration to provide scientific support at strategy level as well as daily base level, via following activities:

• Strategic medical planinng and execution aligning with the local, regional and global strategies
• Allocate and track the annual medical budget
• External stakeholder engagement and scientific exchange
• Represent the company as scientific expert to do KOL engagement as well as connection with all relevant stakeholders
• Act as a primary medical partner to the marketing and sales department in providing medical insights
• Collect and manage medical insight and  maintain deep therapeutic expertise
• Lead medical knowledge management in the company, facilitate all level scientific communication
• To cooperate with internal stakeholder to ensure medical compliance and assure all medical communication is objective,  balance, without misleading, including promotion and non-promotion material review and approval. 
• Oversee and provide medical information review
• Manage performance and buid capabilities across team
