Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with a pharmaceutical company in order to find a suitable candidate who will support their business in Serbia. We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative to join their team.

The role:

As a Medical Representative, you will provide field-based support, and identify and develop strong cooperation with customers to promote the company's portfolio and achieve goals.

Visiting HCPs (neurologists, psychiatrists, GP’S physiatrist) to help them manage their patient’s disease using company's products
Build and maintain positive working relatioships with KOL (in neurology and psychiatric field), other HCPs and pharmacists
Implementing marketing strategy and positioning of the products from the portfolio on the field to be assigned
Monitoring of sales through pharmacy channels
Involved in the preparation of the marketing campaign and activities (local congresses, round tables and etc.)
Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests
Acting in accordance with company's values and compliance standards

The successful candidate:

University degree in Science (Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry)
A few years working experience in this field (preferably with GP professionals)
Fluent written and spoken English
PC literacy (Microsoft Office)
Clear driving license with driving experience
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
Strong self-motivated and self-initiative individual
Team-oriented and loyal, with high ethical standards
Open and positive individual, with curious mindset
