Medical representative (m/f)

We are currently hiring multiple candidates for different regions across Croatia and seeking:

• Medical Representative Zagreb
• Medical Representative Karlovac
• Medical Representative Dalmatia
• Medical Representative Slavonia

 

Key responsibilities:

• Promotion and presentation of the wound care portfolio to existing and potential customers
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Acquisition of new customers and development of the sales network
• Achievement of sales targets and planned revenue
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, with regular reporting to management
• Planning and analyzing sales activities and account performance
• Resolving customer issues to ensure high satisfaction
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
• Participation in congresses and professional events
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

 

Candidate profile:

• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (experience in wound care is an advantage)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and independent work style
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license
