Our client, a well-established international company operating in the automotive industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Dealer Network Coordinator to support the development and performance of its dealer network across Non-EU markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in dealer network management, sales development, and the automotive industry to join a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and support the company's dealer network across Non-EU markets.
  • Execute the sales strategy in line with business objectives and commercial plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new dealer partners to expand the company's market presence.
  • Establish and maintain sales standards across the dealer network.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, preparing relevant analyses and recommendations.
  • Plan and coordinate commercial and marketing activities aimed at increasing sales performance.
  • Organize and deliver training and continuous support for dealer partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, acting as their primary business partner.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealer network or distributor management.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage dealer relationships in international markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office package.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Non-EU markets.
  • Passion for the automotive industry.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
