Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment between demand, production, procurement, inventory, and distribution to support overall business performance.
• Lead planning and execution across supply, production, logistics, and warehousing to ensure efficiency, cost control, and service excellence.
• Manage key supplier and logistics relationships, ensuring reliability, continuity, and performance across the network.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and improvement-oriented culture.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced supply chain professional with end-to-end responsibility across integrated value chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, materials flow, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing functions.
• Proven ability to balance cost efficiency, service levels, inventory optimization, and production demands in complex environments.
• Track record of leading teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on improving operational performance.
• Skilled in supplier management, process optimization, and KPI-driven performance tracking.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Results-driven leader with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering sustainable operational excellence.
