Supply Chain Manager

We have partnered with an international manufacturing company to support their operations. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, optimizing, and managing the company’s supply chainoperations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution processes while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects related to supply chain optimization and logistics strategy.
• Manage and coordinate global supply chain functions through strategic planning, resource optimization, profitability improvement, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review and update supply chain processes in accordance with company policies, standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Plan and organize cost-effective transfers between warehouses, including close collaboration with the logistics team for all import and export activities.
• Identify and implement the most cost-efficient procurement and shipping procedures and methods.
• Organize and oversee inventory management, maintaining detailed databases of available stock and expected usage.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate all operational procurement activities to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production process.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate production planning activities to ensure efficient production operations.
• Monitor cooperation with freight forwarding and logistics partners, evaluate their performance, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Stay up to date with legislation and regulatory requirements related to the supply chain and logistics operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and local language.
