Job Description

For our client, Grammer Business Center, we are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant to join their growing global team in Niš. As part of Grammer’s Global Business Center, this role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting and optimizing global SAP TM processes and contributing to strategic initiatives across multiple regions.

The position provides exposure to diverse global projects, close collaboration with international stakeholders, and the opportunity to play an active role in further developing and strengthening the capabilities of the Global Business Center.

Job Purpose

The System Process Manager – SAP TM is responsible for ensuring stable system operations, optimizing transportation management processes, and supporting global SAP TM implementations and enhancements.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP TM System & Process Support

  • Support the SAP TM (Transportation Management) system.
  • Ensure smooth execution of TM processes, including shipping, transportation, and freight orders.
  • Provide support for all related logistics and transportation processes.

2. System Integration & Interfaces

  • Support and maintain interfaces with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP ERP).
  • Ensure seamless data flow across integrated systems.

3. Consulting & Solution Design

  • Act as an in-house IT functional consultant for SAP TM.
  • Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions for TM process rollouts.
  • Analyze current ("as-is") processes and develop future-state ("to-be") concepts.

4. Testing & Change Management

  • Design testing concepts and ensure proper execution.
  • Ensure compliance with change management procedures.

5. Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Conduct training sessions and briefings for regional specialists.
  • Support user adoption and knowledge sharing activities.

6. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage SAP-related projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage external consultants during implementations.

7. Support & Operations

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for analyzing and resolving system-related issues.
  • Ensure stable operation of SAP TM within S/4HANA environments.

 

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Expert knowledge of SAP TM.
  • Strong understanding of transportation management business processes.
  • Deep knowledge of interface technologies (e.g., CIF).
  • Strong SAP ABAP skills, including debugging.
  • Experience working with SAP TM in S/4HANA environments.

Professional Experience

  • Several years of project and/or consulting experience in SAP TM.
  • Experience gained in corporate and/or service provider environments.

Languages

  • Fluent English is required.
  • German language skills are considered an advantage.

Tools & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
