As a global company, they strive for constant development, progress and improvement and are now looking for the new team member working as Head of Test Equipment Development. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with an in-depth and advanced understanding of equipment development and construction of electronic devices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the course and implementation of projects in the field of mechanical development and construction of control devices

• Supervising the development and design of products, being responsible for the fact that it is carried out in accordance with technical requirements, with emphasis on product quality and safety, not forgetting about cost optimization and timeliness

• Checking technical documentation, drawings, bills of material, detecting possible deviations and submitting proposals for improvements, optimization and preparation of offers

• System management and organization of development processes in the field of construction of control devices (management, coordination, organization, delegation, guidance, control, evaluation, motivation, monitoring, training and development of employees in the department)

• Cooperation with other departments in the company and communication /consulting to the clients

 

You should have:

• 5 years of experience in the field of development design

• Higher education in technical (electrical or mechanical) specialization

• Active knowledge of English, additional knowledge of German is an advantage

• Knowledge of modern trends and approaches in the field of development design, structure and principles of operation of test devices

• Basic knowledge of 3d modeling programs and electronic circuits

• Excellent leadership skill, communication and executive presence

• Creative and collaborative problem–solving capability
