Job Description

Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with one of the leading regional companies with over 4500 employees in 12 markets.

The role:

  • Responsible for adequate and timely functioning of all the processes in the customs warehouse, complying with all regulations;
  • Responsible for the implementation of procedures in the customs warehouse;
  • Organizes and supervises the work of employees in the warehouse sector;
  • Analyzes, plans and monitors costs and takes care of their optimizations;
  • Maintains communication with clients;
  • Creates KPI reports in the warehouse sector, implements and supervises their implementation;
  • Implements policies and procedures in the warehouse sector;
  • Organizes commissioning, control, loading and issuing of goods;
  • Organizes the processing of returned goods, as well as following documentation;
  • In cooperation with the director of the warehouse sector, defines measures for the improvement of processes within his/her scope of work, creates procedures, develops and applies new technologies;
  • Organizes, supervises, controls the performance of employees in accordance with the Company's procedures;
  • Proposes corrective measures for employees in the warehouse sector;
  • Initiates the development of the necessary skills and knowledge of his associates, participates in the development and/or corrective plans;
  • Conducts activities aimed at motivating employees and is responsible for establishing a culture of teamwork;
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with the Company's procedures and rules, as well as legal obligations from the scope of its work;
  • Prepares regular and periodic reports from the scope of his work

  • Excellent organizational, planning, influence, presentation and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and must be persuasive in presenting ideas and managing their implementation.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
